TM 14-05 repair or replace?Niszczarka do głowy
Hi, I have a 1995 KTM LC4 with the SEM TM 14-05 ignition. The coil and stator were replaced new in Vienna in 2012, then I shipped the bike to Australia and it has been in storage. Now, the coil seems to have failed. Test values are:
Red - Black Open Circuit Red - Green Open Circuit Red - Orange Full continuity Black - HT 2.13 Kohms The stator test values all seem OK. Black - Red 1695 Ohms Black - Green 22.6 Ohms Green - Red 1718 Ohms Yellow - Blue 0.3 Ohms KTM say that this coil is not available now. What can be done? You have to buy that coil from ebay, I have them (new ones made with 4 ignition maps). but I have no idea how much would cost shipping to Australia. |
